What we collect on this website

This site collects no personal information on its own. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies, and no forms. We measure traffic using privacy-focused, cookieless analytics that record aggregate counts only — pages viewed, referral source, country — with no profile of you as an individual.

If you contact us

When you email us or book a call, we keep your name, business contact details, and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, where a relationship follows, to run the engagement. We don't sell this information or share it beyond the service providers (email, scheduling, CRM) needed to operate.

Business outreach

Fulcrum's work is business-to-business prospecting. We contact people in their professional roles using business contact information from reputable B2B data providers and public sources. Every message identifies who we are and includes a working way to decline further contact. If you ask us to stop, we stop — your address is suppressed across our systems, not just removed from one list. We operate with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and comparable laws in mind wherever we send.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, subject to legal retention requirements. Email chris@fulcrumsystem.ca and we'll respond promptly.
